Practice Administrator

Jaime has over two decades of dedicated service in Rheumatology. She has proudly led the exceptional team of Rheumatology Associates since 2002. As a certified Rheumatology health coder, certified medical practice administrator, and certified prior authorization specialist, Jaime ensures that the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Jaime is committed to providing the highest level of care and support to our patients, alongside the most compassionate team on Florida’s Treasure Coast.

To stay on the forefront of advancements in Rheumatology Practice Management, Jaime is continuously furthering her education and attends relevant meetings. Jaime has served as a board member of the National Organization of Rheumatology Management (NORM) and currently serves at the Florida Society of Rheumatology (FSR). Additionally, Jaime actively participates in the FSR Political Action Committee and the Coalition of State Rheumatology Organizations (CSRO) to advocate for the needs of Rheumatology patients.

Front Office Manager

Pauline has been a valued member of our organization since 2013, bringing warmth and efficiency to every aspect of her role. Promoted to Front Office Manager in 2022, she has since led our front office team with excellence, ensuring that each patient experience is seamless from start to finish.

Known for her friendly demeanor and bright smile, Pauline has become a familiar face to our patients, many of whom know her by name. She expertly coordinates patient referrals, manages the day-to-day operations of the office, and is always ready to answer any questions with a kind and knowledgeable approach. Pauline’s commitment to service ensures that our office not only runs smoothly, but also provides a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Infusion Nurse

Judith Devaney has been a dedicated member of the care team at Rheumatology Associates for over five years, bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate care to her patients. With a strong foundation in critical care nursing, Judith offers a well-rounded approach to patient management that reflects her depth of experience and commitment to excellence.

In addition to being a Registered Nurse (RN), Judith holds the Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI®) credential—an internationally recognized certification awarded to nurses who demonstrate advanced knowledge and proficiency in infusion therapy. Earning this designation requires passing a rigorous examination covering all core areas of infusion nursing. As a CRNI, Judith is part of a global community of highly skilled infusion nurses recognized for their specialized expertise across diverse healthcare settings.
